About Us

Veteran small-business owned and operated, Straight Path Solutions LLC was founded by Quilesha Patterson in 2012. After her military service, she pursued a very rewarding and fulfilling career in the private sector serving diverse small businesses and corporate environments in the San Antonio community.

One day, while attending a networking event, she noticed that many business owners had a common complaint: "I just need someone to do the managing...not tell me how to manage my business." It was then when she had the idea to start a unique management/business consulting firm that focuses more on the "doing and helping side" of consulting, hence the birth of Straight Path Solutions LLC.

In 2013, Quilesha expanded Straight Path's portfolio of services to education and leadership/executive and career coaching services. Her unique training and development programs have provided Straight Path's clients with the strategies to model transformative practices and solutions they have found to be straightforward, empowering, nurturing, and engaging.

Today, she continues to serve her community, students, and clients by addressing their challenges with solid, actionable, and measurable solutions.
